Plinko Board for Prize Redemption

Hidden Box for Treasure Hunt that can be redeemed for an exclusive Croissant Ice-Cream hidden around Republic Polytechnic Campus

Event Day

On the Event Day (8 August 2023), my classmates were assigned different roles at different stations: Games, Photo Booth, Mascots, Treasure Hunt, Redemption Counter and Social Media uploaders at the area surrounding Blocks E2, E3 and E4 for higher traffic flow.

Particpants would have to complete the Photo Booth, Match & Stack The Swish Cards, Croiss-Toss, and Cro-Chomp (12-2pm exclusive) to get a chance at playing Plinko to see which Swish Rolls Product Prize they would win.

Additionally by finding the Swish Rolls boxes hidden around RP Campus by me, particpants would be able to redeem a free limited Croissant Ice Cream, after tagging and following Swish Rolls on their Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Learning Experience

Throughout the entire period of planning this campaign, including from the client brief to ideation to the client pitch to the event launch day, I learnt to be more trusting to my teammates that they would use their strengths to bring the campaign to life and engage the target audience, helping hit Key Performance Indicators and Client Objectives.

I am extremely grateful being given the opportunity to work with a team on a campaign, develop, execute and bring it to life. While we (the class) may have planned too many activities and spread ourselves too thin with limited manpower, the experience, knowledge and skills I learnt from this module and other concepts from other modules have been well applied to my current internship such as copywriting and writing media releases. I am sure I will be able to apply these skills and knowledge of concepts in my next job.
